CCC hearings continue into local elections

Federal Labor frontbencher Shayne Neumann is set to testify at a corruption probe into Queensland's 2016 local government elections.

The Crime and Corruption Commission is investigating funding and disclosure allegations made against candidates who ran for the Gold Coast, Ipswich and Moreton Bay councils.

Mr Neumann is expected to testify today as is Moreton Bay mayor Allan Sutherland, councillor Peter Flannery and Ipswich councillor Kylie Stoneman.
