Sunshine Coast police are following up a few lines of inquiry as they try to find a mum and her baby.

Forty-year-old Tammie Peters and her 11-month-old daughter haven't been seen since Thursday last week.

But Senior Sergeant Mark Cauldwell says an appeal for info from the public a couple of days ago resulted in a few calls coming in.

"We're following up those bits of information now."
